I AM Leland DeVaughn

Fitness has been with me since a very young age and I have always been competitive. This started with a variety of sports, and then pursuing college in first Athletic training, and then Exercise Science(A.S), Sports Management(B.S), and finally Interscholastic Sports Administration(M.S). I am an Army Combat Veteran and IFBB Professional Bodybuilder. With 15+Years in the fitness industry ranging from weight loss to athletic performance, and everything in between. Throughout my time I have encountered a variety of client experiences that have led me to develop an effective training and nutrition program that focuses on creating LIFESTYLE changes through HABIT-based approaches. We focus on hitting the small goals to make the larger ones much more attainable.
